On Sunday, March 22nd from 10:00–11:30 AM, Tedi Serge will guide a Kundalini yoga rebirth kriya, designed to awaken the body, clear stagnant energy and invite the fresh vitality of spring.
Following the practice, Sonya Serge will lead a guided sound meditation to deepen relaxation and open the doorway to creativity and inner clarity.
Held inside the inspiring space of the Idaho Art Gallery, this experience invites you to reconnect with your creative spirit and allow something new to bloom within. **Please bring your own yoga mat, water bottle, blanket / pillows and eye covering**
